How to charge?
DOWNLOAD THE FREE APPLICATION!
Use our self-developed application, with which you can not only start charging, but also choose between service providers to fill your time with experiences while charging your car!
The application can be downloaded free of charge from the GooglePlay or AppStore stores, but you can also use our website to start occasional charges by clicking here.
Register or log in with your Google, Facebook or Apple account
Add your invoicing information and your car to the application
Start charging: select the nearest charger or read the QR code on the display*
Choose the maximum charging amount or the maximum charging time
Connect your car, start charging, then simply pay on Simple's web page**
* If you are not in front of our charger yet, just searching, our chargers can be found on the map, also by searching for a service providers or a charging stations.
** Payment: the system will redirect you to Simple's payment web site. You can pay with a bank card or using a Simple account. You will receive a receipt after each charge, and then a weekly invoice for all charges.
If the payment was successful, you can track the status of your charge under the My Charges menu in the application, where you can stop it or start a new charge!
The system will convert the total amount spent on charging into credit points. You can manage your points under the Coupons menu item. Click here for details.
